Creating Permanent Schedules
 | Note: Before creating a permanent schedule, check the client’s profile to make sure a schedule has not already been created. |
| 1. | Navigate to the New Events screen. |
Main Menu > Scheduling > New Events
| 2. | Select the Frequency of the event. |
 | Note: Frequency is a required field and must be selected. |
| 3. | Add any comments or additional information to event. |
| 4. | Select the date(s) the event occurs on. |
If the visit is Recurring or By Weekday, there are two date boxes which allow you to define the start and end dates of the event.
| 5. | Select the service and type of visit. |
 | Note: The options in the Service and Type drop-down lists are Agency defined. The list of available Clients and Staff will change depending on the Service selected. |
| 6. | Enter the event time and billing information. |
| 7. | Select the event code. |
| 8. | Select the status, company, location and additional information. |
| 10. | Select the staff member. |
The Event is created and viewable in the Results.
| 12. | Review the schedule for any conflicts or incorrect information. |
| 13. | Click Create as Permanent Schedule. |
| 15. | Click Commit to finalize the event. |
This updates the Permanent section of the client’s profile to reflect the changes.
