Adding a Late/Missed Visit Handling Line to a Service

To add a line for Late/Missed Visit Handling processing to a service:

1. Navigate to the Services screen. Main Menu > Admin > System Setup > Services 2. Double click on the service needing processing.
3. Click Add New Visit Handling Line. 4. Use the fields to enter the processing information. 5. Click Save.
