Adding a Medication to the Client Profile

Medications are set when creating the admission but may require more as a diagnosis is confirmed. To add a medication to the Client Profile:

1. Navigate to the Client Search screen. Main Menu > Client 2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters. 3. Click Medications.
4. Click Add a New Medication.
5. Enter the medication details. 6. Click Save.
