Sandata Mobile Connect (SMC) Scheduled Maintenance - November 1, 2023

Sandata will be performing a maintenance update on Sandata Mobile Connect (SMC).

The following provides the details for your agency and caregivers during this time.
Maintenance Information:

Sandata will conduct a maintenance update on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 9:15 PMEastern Time (ET). The maintenance will take approximately forty-five minutes, ending at 10:00PM Eastern Time (ET) on November 1, 2023. During the maintenance window access to SMC willbe intermittent, caregivers may receive an error message.

As a backup, caregivers will be able to call in/out using Sandata TVV.
