Sandata Welcomes Nevada DHCFP

Exciting news this week at Sandata, the Nevada DHCFP (Division of Health Care Financing and Policy) EVV program is going live.  The Sandata team has worked closely with our state counterparts to ensure that all the necessary pieces were in place in time for this mid-December launch. Congratulations to the team and welcome Nevada!

Nevada marks the 22nd state contract for Sandata Technologies.

The stated goals for EVV per the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) include:

• Improving health outcomes by ensuring that the highest quality home and community-based services (HCBS) are provided to vulnerable citizens of Nevada;
  
• Ensuring timely HCBS service delivery for recipients including real-time service gap reporting and monitoring;
  
• Reducing Administrative burden for Nevada Medicaid providers;
  
• Reducing and preventing fraud, waste, and abuse in the Nevada Medicaid program.

We look forward to expanding the Nevada program with additional Sandata products and services in the coming year.
