As of September 4, 2024, Sandata Mobile, the original Sandata Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) app, will no longer be available for use. After this date, all Sandata customers must use the Sandata Mobile Connect app, launched in 2023. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the best possible products and services.
To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend you take the following steps as soon as possible:

Develop a plan to transition your agencies to the new app.
- Review available Sandata Mobile Connect resources on Sandata On-Demand.
As part of the transition, the old Sandata Mobile app is no longer being updated for technical improvements.
At 8:00 a.m. ET on Monday, April 1, 2024, the Sandata Mobile app will no longer be able to be downloaded through the app stores. Users may still use this app on their phones until 8:00 a.m. ET on September 4, 2024, when the app will be removed, and users will be prompted to download the Sandata Mobile Connect app to continue.
