Welcome Kit Package Contents

Background: When a new account is created, welcome kit packages are created and sent to the provider. They contain several documents needed to begin using the Sandata products.

 

Contents May Include:  

  • Sandata Call Reference Guides (CRG)
  • Program Specific Service List
  • Program Specific Task List
  • Welcome Kit Letter

 

Sandata Call Reference Guide (CRG): The Call Reference Guide (CRG) contains toll-free numbers and step-by-step instructions with the service and task list that a field staff can use to call in and call out for a visit. The CRG (telephony) should only be used as an alternative if Sandata Mobile Connect (SMC) is part of the program and unavailable.

Welcome Kit Letter: This letter will contain your account information with Sandata upon creation, such as Agency Name, Username, Password, Primary toll free phone number and Company ID. This will also advise of the proper contact information for support for your specific program as well as information on bookmarking your Sandata Product Pages.
