The General section on the Staff Position window displays the basic information about the position.

Field

Description

Code

Use this field to enter the position code.

Name

Use this field to enter the position name.

Description

Use this field to enter the position description.

Custom Code

Use this field to enter a position specific code if available.

Field Staff

Select this check box to indicate that this position is field staff and allows them to be scheduled.

Office Staff

Select this check box to indicate that this position is office staff.

Registered Nurse

Select this check box to indicate that this position is a registered nurse.

Disallow user accounts for this position

Select this check box to disallow user accounts to be associated with the position.
