The Supplemental Codes tab displays additional billable items.
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Type | Displays the type of supplemental code. |
Code | Displays the supplemental code affiliated with the item. |
Value | Displays the value amount of the additional item. |
Date | Displays the date the item was added. |
Date End | Displays the ending date for an item. |
