Adding Safety Measures to the Client Profile

Safety Measures can be added to the Client Profile by clicking into the box and adding text or by using a preexisting template. To add safety measures to a client’s admission:

1. Navigate to the Client Search screen.

Main Menu > Client

2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.
3. Click Medical.

4. Click Insert a Template.

To add a new safety measure, click Add Text As New Template and enter the name of the safety measure.

5. Double click on the safety measure to be added.
