Attaching a Client Document to the Client Profile

When creating a client’s admission, it may be necessary to attach additional files for future reference. To attach a file to the Client Profile:

1. Navigate to the Client Search screen.

Main Menu > Client

2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.
3. Click Documents.
4. Click Add Document.

5. Double click on the document type.

6. Click Load to open the File Uploader window.

7. Select the file to be attached.

Click Save.

8. Click Finish.
