Services
The Services area of the General section contains information related to which services the client is receiving, when they began and for how long they are being received.
Field | Description |

Code | Displays the service code. |
Description | Displays the service description. |
Began | Displays the service begin date. |
Ended | Displays the service end date. |
Clinical Integration | Displays the clinical indicator. |
Effective Date | The effective date of the clinical integration. |
Case Seq # | Displays the case sequence number. |
