General

The General area of the Authorization Window contains details about the service that the client is receiving authorization for.

Field	Description
Service	Displays the code of the service being authorized.
Event Code	Displays the event code of the service being authorized.
Ref. No.	Displays the reference number of the authorization.
Format	Displays how the service is billed.
Voided	Select this checkbox to indicate the service has been voided.
Maximum	Displays the total number of hours the service can be billed for.
Used	Displays how many hours of service have been currently used.
Modifier	Displays any designated modifiers for the service.
Auth Diagnosis Code	Displays the diagnosis code of the authorization.
