Other IDs

The Other IDs area of the General Section contains details about other identification numbers that may be associated with the client.

Field	Description
Entry #	Use this field to enter the client’s entry number.
Case #	Use this field to enter the client’s case number.
Team #	Use this field to enter the number of the team assigned to the client.
Health Area	Use this field to enter the health area information / number.
