The Misc area of the Personal section details additional client information that may need to be referenced.

Field	Description
CAHPS Opt Out	Select this check box to indicate that the client does not want their information shared outside of the agency.
Other Notes / Comments	Use this field to add any notes or comments that are relevant to the client.
