Removing a Physician from the Client Profile
To remove an invalid or out of date physician from the client’s admission:
1. | Navigate to the Client Search screen. |
Main Menu > Client
2. | Locate and double click on the client using the search filters. |
3. | Click the drop down to select the physician. |
4. | Click View Physician’s Information. |
5. | Click Delete. |
6. | Click Yes. |
