Removing a Payor from the Client Profile
To remove an invalid or expired payor from a client’s profile:
 | Note: The Rank 1 Payer cannot be deleted. |
| 1. | Navigate to the Client Search screen |
Main Menu > Client
| 2. | Locate and double click on the client using the search filters. |
| 3. | Double click on the payer to be viewed. |
| 4. | Click Delete. |
| 5. | Click Yes. |
