ICD-CM Code Search Window
The International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-CM) Code Search window is used to look up ICD-CM codes for conditions associated with a client. Both the ICD-9 and ICD-10 can be searched through using Santdata Agency Management.
To access the ICD-CM Code Search window, click ICD-CM (Main Menu> Client> ICD-CM).
Field | Description |

Code | Use this field to search by code. |
Description | Use this field to search by description. |
Version | Use this dropdown to choose between searching the ICD-9 or ICD-10. |
Long Descriptions | Select this checkbox to view the entire description when looking up a code. |
