The Availability section allows users to view when a staff member’s is available/unavailable for the week.

Field

Description

Start At

Use this drop down to select the starting week for the range of availability/unavailability.

Date

Displays the date.

Sun

Displays a staff member’s availability/unavailability for Sunday.

Mon

Displays a staff member’s availability/unavailability for Monday.

Tue

Displays a staff member’s availability/unavailability for Tuesday.

Wed

Displays a staff member’s availability/unavailability for Wednesday.

Thu

Displays a staff member’s availability/unavailability for Thursday.

Fri

Displays a staff member’s availability/unavailability for Friday.

Sat

Displays a staff member’s unavailability for Saturday.
