Cancellations
The Cancellations area of the Evaluation section contains information related to cancelled visits associated with the staff member.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
Date | Displays the date of the cancelled visit. |
Client | Displays the name of the client associated with the cancelled visit. |
Service | Displays the service received by the client associated with the cancelled visit. |
EC | Displays the event code of the cancelled visit. |
Cancel | Displays the reason for the visit cancellation. |
Comments | Displays any notes associated with the cancellation. |
