Cancellations

The Cancellations area of the Evaluation section contains information related to cancelled visits associated with the staff member.

Field	Description
Date	Displays the date of the cancelled visit.
Client	Displays the name of the client associated with the cancelled visit.
Service	Displays the service received by the client associated with the cancelled visit.
EC	Displays the event code of the cancelled visit.
Cancel	Displays the reason for the visit cancellation.
Comments	Displays any notes associated with the cancellation.
