1. Edit Physician Icon Update.
Improvement: The Physician Add/Edit icons now indicates separately whether a new record can be added, or an existing record may be edited.
User Impact: This change is to make the icons consistent throughout the system.

2. Sort Arrow Moved.
Improvement: Relocated the sort arrow closer to it's associated column.
User Impact: Moved the sort arrow closer to the column it goes with to make it easier to see which column is chosen to sort.

3. Changed the Eye Symbol.
Improvement: Updated the yellow eye symbol on the Personal Tab in the client's admission with the same eye symbol on the user log in screen.
User Impact: This change is to make the icons consistent throughout the system.

4. Relocated the Cancel Button.
Improvement: Relocated the Cancel button Edit Employee screen to the far left of the screen.
User Impact:The Cancel button was moved to prevent users accidentally canceling the entry and starting over.
