Sandata will be performing standard maintenance of the Sandata Agency Management system, the following provides the details for your agency and caregivers during this time.
Maintenance Information:
Sandata will conduct routine maintenance on the Sandata Agency Management system on Monday, September 11, 2023, at 9:00pm Eastern Time (ET). The maintenance will take approximately 1 hour, ending at 10:00pm Eastern Time (ET). Please advise your staff to log out of the system by 8:30pm ET on September 11, 2023. Failure to log out of the system may result in the user being automatically timed out.
During this time:
- Sandata Agency Management will be unavailable.
- All other Sandata systems will be available.
- Field staff who call in and call out, should continue to call in and out using the visit capture method of choice (mobile, telephony).
- Calls will continue to be collected, but they will not be sent to the agency database until maintenance is complete.
- Alerts will be sent during maintenance.
Deleting Your Browser History

After deleting your browser's history, close then reopen all your browser windows before logging in.
