Adding a Physician to the Client Profile

To add a physician to a client’s profile:

1. Navigate to the Client Search screen.

Main Menu > Client

2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

3. Click View Physician’s Information.

4. Click Yes.

5. Enter the physician’s details.

6. Click Save.
