Deleting an Existing Plan of Care on a Client's Profile

Plans of Care that have expired or completed remain on a client’s profile and can be hidden by selected the Hide Outdated check box. If for some reason a plan of care needs to be removed entirely from the client’s profile:

1. Navigate to the Client Search screen. Main Menu > Client 2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters. 3. Double click on the plan of care needing removal
4. Click Delete.
5. Click Ok. The plan of care is deleted.
