Editing a Diagnosis on the Client Profile
To update or correct a diagnosis on a client’s profile:
1. Navigate to the Client Search screen. Main Menu > Client 2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters. 3. Click Diagnosis. | |
4. Double click on the diagnosis to be viewed. 5. Update the diagnosis information. 6. Click Save. | |
7. Select a Reason Code for the cancellation. 8. Enter any details in the Note field. 9. Click Save. | |
10. Click Save. |
