To add a contact to a staff member’s profile:

1. Navigate to the Staff Search screen Main Menu > Staff. 2. Locate and double click on the staff member using the search filters 3. Click Contacts. |

4. Click Add Contact. The Contacts window is opened. |

5. Use the fields to enter the contact information. 6. Click Save. The contact is added to the staff member’s profile. |
