Sandata Electronic Visit Verification™ (EVV™) version 8.25 will be released soon. Please review the following details before the update is deployed to your system. Make sure to log out of the system before maintenance begins, or you will be timed out of your session.

Maintenance Information

• Maintenance begins: Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 3:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET).
• Maintenance ends: Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 6:00 a.m. ET.

Sandata EVV will be unavailable during the maintenance period. During system maintenance, field staff should continue to call in and out. Calls will be collected and will be sent to the agency database when maintenance ends.
