Creating a Call

Use the Create Call function when there are no calls for a visit. For example, if the DCW/Employee forgot to call in, you would create the call using Create Call. DCW/Employees can still call out at the end of the visit or, you can add a call out using the Call Log.

1. On the Visit Maintenance screen, select Create Call.

2. Select the radio button next to the Recipient’s name. You can also use the filter options to narrow your search results. Once the radio button is selected, select Next.

3. Agency only: Select the radio button next to the DCW/Employee’s name. You can also use the filter options to narrow your search results. Once the radio button is selected, select Next.

4. Complete all required fields, then select Add.
