If available, use the Create Visit function when there are no calls or schedules for a visit that occurred. This feature cannot be used to create visits in the future.
1. On the Visit Maintenance screen, select Create Visit.
2. Select the radio button next to the Recipient’s name. You can also use the filter options to narrow your search results. Once the radio button is selected, select Next.
3. Agency only: Select the radio button next to the DCW/Employee’s name. You can also use the filter options to narrow your search results. Once the radio button is selected, select Next.
4. Complete all required fields, then select Add.
