The MA-EOHHS EVV Focus Group kickoff meeting outlined initial launch expectations for provider agencies. It focused on outlining key areas where feedback is needed: onboarding process, training opportunities, customer support experience, SMC user experience, and insights on Sandata EVV and Aggregator. This input will help Sandata and MA-EOHHS improve the EVV program as we approach full launch later this year. The downloadable slide deck is below.
