MA EOHHS Schedule Reason Codes

Reason codes are required when changing schedules in Sandata EVV. In the scheduling module, several reason codes are listed, but only certain codes require your attention.  

When changing a schedule in the Scheduling module, you will have the following MA-specific options:  

• 240 Employee Added or Changed 
• 250 Schedule Date/Time Change 
• 260 Program/Payer/Service Change 
• 270 Member Address or Information Change 
• 280 Other 

You’ll also notice other reason codes that are formatted differently. These are standard Sandata EVV codes and do not require your attention. Here’s a tip: look for the reason codes with the Code number included in the Name. Those are the codes you'll want to use.
