Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you forget your password, you can request a temporary password that you can use to log in and create a new password. 

 

1. From the login screen, select the FORGOT PASSWORD? button.
    
2. Provide your email address, then use the RESET PASSWORD button to have a temporary password emailed to you.
