Resetting a User's Password

Users with the proper permissions can send a reset password email for another user in the system. 

1. Navigate to the Modify User screen. (Security > Manage Users > search for a user) 

2. Click the Edit icon () for the user. 

3. In the Modify User screen, Select RESET PASSWORD and follow the prompts. An email with a temporary password will be sent to the user. 

 

NOTE: User IDs are based on email addresses and a single email address has the same password across Sandata EVV and Sandata Aggregator. Changing the password for an email address changes it across all accounts.  

3. Click RESET PASSWORD. 

NOTE: A temporary password is emailed to the user. The temporary password expires if it is not used to log into the system within a set period. When logging into the system using a temporary password, users are prompted to create a new permanent password.
