When you open or add a form.IO form, you will see the form.IO form to the right or below the regular data-entry cards. If you do not see the form.IO form right away, you may need to select a button to open the correct one. Make sure you open the form.io form before you start enter information into the other cards.

As you enter information in the cards above or next to the form.IO form, the data will pre-fill into it. You can then continue to enter information directly in the form.IO form and click Save when you are finished. You can then select the download icon to save it as a PDF and print it.
