Employee Compliance Override
If a staff with a Staff Permission Group set to Restrict Data Entry if Out of Compliance has not completed a requirement with a Noncompliance Restriction Type set to Restrict Time Tracking Data Entry, they will be prevented from logging any of the Time Tracking transaction entry types selected on the Compliance Settings card in Time Tracking Options.
For example, if they haven’t passed the quiz requirement for the client, Aaron Adams, then they won’t be able to log time, mileage or census information in Time Tracking for Aaron until they pass the quiz. In which case, they will see a message on the Time Logging card and My Log card.
However, there may be times when an agency is short-staff an needs staff to log prior to completing the requirement. To allow this, the manager can give the staff a grace-period to complete the quiz or requirement and still log time. To do so, they would enter the date through which the employee can enter Time Tracking entries while out of compliance in the Override Noncompliance Restriction field found the Basic Information card of the employee.
