Qualification Categories

Qualification Categories

As the setup manager you will review qualification categories. Qualification categories are assigned to qualifications.

To add/edit a qualification category.

Task:
  1. Select Setup on the menu and then select Qualification Categories on the Staff Scheduling Setup card.

  2. Select Add or the card you want to update.

    Step Results: The Qualifications Category opens.

  3. Complete the following information and select Save:

    In this field: Enter:
    Description A Description of the Qualification Category.
    Type
    • Position - for those qualifications syncing from ProviderPro job titles
    • Training -for those qualifications syncing from ProviderPro Employee Requirements
    • Third-Party - for those qualifications syncing from another source.
    • User-Defined - for those qualifications add directly to Staff Scheduling that do not sync from ProviderPro.
    Active The qualification category is in use.
