Sandata Mobile Connect (SMC) - iOS Access Issues

Sandata has confirmed that SMC is operational, and customers are able to login to SMC with Android Phones and/or with iPhones with iOS 16.4 version or above.

• For customers who use iPhones: We have confirmed with developers at Apple that due to technical dependencies on Apple, SMC is only compatible with Apple’s software version iOS 16.4 and above.We recommend that you ensure that your device is updated to iOS 17.
• To resolve this issue, please ensure your IOS is updated to the most recent version. This can be done by going to Settings>General>Software Update and Install the latest version.

• Please note for older iPhones under iPhone 8, you will not be able to update your iOS to these minimum requirements due to Apple hardware limitations.
