OASIS Update April 24, 2025

Effective April 24, 2025, the Validate button will no longer appear on the Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) assessment forms for the following time points:

• Start of care
• Resumption of care
• Recertification (follow-up) Reassessment
• Other Follow-up
• Transferred to an Inpatient Facility – Patient not Discharged from Agency
• Transferred to an Inpatient Facility – Patient Discharged from Agency
• Death at Home
• Discharge from agency

You will still be able to fill, complete, export, or submit OASIS forms to Internet Quality Improvement & Evaluation System (iQIES) without any change in functionality.
