Use the following checklist to start using Sandata Aggregator through an Alternate EVV (Alt EVV) vendor as part of the Massachusetts EOHHS EVV program. You can also view detailed, step-by-step instructions.
Step 1
Set Up Your User Accounts
Massachusetts uses Single Sign-On (SSO) for access to the Sandata Aggregator through the use of an alternate EVV vendor. To obtain SSO access, providers must complete registration through the Sandata Self-Registration Provider Portal and submit a User Request Form with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Once you have your SSO credentials, you will be able to log in to the Sandata Aggregator platform through the Commonwealth Virtual Gateway.
Step 2
Ensure Your Vendor Has Registered and Tested
Let your chosen vendor know that you have registered in the Sandata Self-Registration Provider Portal and ask them to register as an Alternate EVV Vendor. They will need to complete testing using the Alternate EVV Testing Specifications and get production credentials.
Step 3
Take and Provide Training
Administrators and administrative staff should take the available Sandata Aggregator training for a successful onboarding. Training is available through Sandata Learn, an online Learning Management System available 24/7 for self-paced training.
Register for Aggregator training.
Step 4
Begin Using the System to Verify Data
Log in to the Sandata Aggregator through the Commonwealth Virtual Gateway to regularly review the visit data captured and manage any visit exceptions you see.
