Update (16660): 2025 Social Security Wage Ceiling Applied
The Payroll Social Security Wage Ceiling has been updated to reflect the 2025 IRS limit of $176,100.
Fix (16665): eMar Integration Placement Sync & New Sync Log Visibility
We've resolved an issue with the eMar integration where placement locations were not consistently syncing when users had permissions granted only at the program level - which aligns with standard Placement Tree configurations. Users with access to the Carasolva Sync Config Menu can now review and troubleshoot sync issues directly, helping ensure accurate and timely data across systems.
What's improved:
- Placement data now syncs completely and reliably, even when access is granted at the program level.
- A new "Sync Log" has been added to the Message Center, providing visibility into any sync errors.
Fix (16592): 24-Hour Time Slot Now Displays Correctly on Schedules
We've corrected an issue where 24-hour time slots were incorrectly displayed as just 12:00 AM, which could cause confusion when reviewing schedules. This fix improves clarity and accuracy for users viewing or managing 24-hour shifts.
What's Improved:
- Full 24-hour blocks will display as 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM, clearly indicating a full-day schedule.
Improvement (16574): Improved Error Messaging for Budget Imports
We've enhanced the error messaging experience when performing budget imports. Previously, errors during import may have been unclear or difficult to interpret. These improvements streamline the import process and reduce the time spent troubleshooting.
With this update:
- Messages now provide more specific and actionable details about what caused the import to fail.
- Users can more easily identify and correct formatting or data issues in their files.
Improvement (16637): Improved Error Messaging for Month-End Billing Accruals
We've enhanced the error messaging during month-end billing accruals, specifically to address cases where a NULL error was previously returned without context. These improvements aim to reduce confusion and support faster resolution when errors occur.
With this update:
- The system now provides more detailed and specific error messages, helping users understand the cause of the issue.
- This makes it easier to troubleshoot and resolve problems during the accrual process.
Improvement (16562): Faster Processing for Security Changes
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve system performance, we've made a significant improvement to how security changes are processed. This improvement streamlines administrative tasks and enhances overall system responsiveness.
With this update:
- The system now handles security updates more efficiently and reduces the time it takes to apply security changes, such as permission updates or role adjustments.
Improvement (16713): Improved Time Display on Scheduling Summary Screen
We've improved the Scheduling Summary screen to improve how time slots are displayed when there isn't enough space to show the full begin and end times.
What's changed:
- When a time slot is too narrow, the system now shows abbreviated or partial time information within the available space.
- This prevents overlap and ensures other time slots remain visible and unobstructed.
- This update improves readability and usability, especially when viewing tightly packed or short-duration time blocks.
