Release Effective Date: October 22, 2025
This is a release specific to Nevada Sandata EVV Providers.
- Providers will be required to enter their NPI and Tax ID when registering through the Self-Registration Portal.
- Providers will no longer be allowed to register using a P.O. Box.
- Providers will also be required to enter a full nine-digit Zip code.
Note: In Nevada, providers may need to use the self-registration portal more than once, to register Provider IDs based on the services they provide.
