Client Merge Screen

The Client Merge screen can be used to combine two profiles that were created for the same client. This can occur for many reasons including staff error or a client visiting multiple locations.

Note:
Please contact Customer Care before attempting this process. Once completed, it cannot be reversed.

To access the Client Merge screen, click Merge Clients (Main Menu > Admin > System Tools > Merge Clients).

Field

Description

Client Name Search

Use this field to search for clients by name. Partial entries return all results matching the term used.

Merge

Click this button to merge the selected clients.

Name

Displays the name of the client.

ChartID

Displays the ChartID of the client.

SSN

Displays the social security number of the client.

Address

Displays the client’s address.

OtherID

Displays the client’s alternate ID.

Created By

Displays the name of the staff member who created the client’s profile.
