Editing an Episode Status

When an agency is using Electronic Billing and Electronic Remittance, an Episode’s status can be manually changed to ’05-Billable,’ ’09-Hold,’ or ‘10-Cancelled.’ The status of an episode can be changed by:

1. Navigate to the Episode Tracker screen.

Main Menu > Billing > Episode Tracker

2. Use the filters to locate the appropriate episode.
3. Right click on the episode.
4. Click Edit.
5. Click Change Status.
6. Choose the new status.
