Adding a Medication to the Client Profile
Medications are set when creating the admission but may require more as a diagnosis is confirmed. To add a medication to the Client Profile:
| 1. | Navigate to the Client Search screen. |
Main Menu > Client
| 2. | Locate and double click on the client using the search filters. |
| 3. | Click Medications. |
| 4. | Click Add a New Medication. |
| 5. | Enter the medication details. |
| 6. | Click Save. |
