Adding a Medication to the Client Profile
Medications are set when creating the admission but may require more as a diagnosis is confirmed. To add a medication to the Client Profile:
1. | Navigate to the Client Search screen. |
Main Menu > Client
2. | Locate and double click on the client using the search filters. |
3. | Click Medications. |
4. | Click Add a New Medication. |
5. | Enter the medication details. |
6. | Click Save. |
