Orders
The Orders area of a client episode contains details about any adjustments that may have been made to a client’s plan of care.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Description | Displays the change in the client’s care. |
Frequency | Displays how often the new change needs to be performed. |
Effective | Displays the date the change begins. |
End Date | Displays the date that the change should be performed until. |
