The Orders area of a client episode contains details about any adjustments that may have been made to a client’s plan of care.

Field	Description
Description	Displays the change in the client’s care.
Frequency	Displays how often the new change needs to be performed.
Effective	Displays the date the change begins.
End Date	Displays the date that the change should be performed until.
