The Diagnosis area of a client episode contains information about the ailments a client was experiencing during the period.

Field	Description
Rank	Displays the code ranking of the diagnosis.
Code	Displays the code number of the diagnosis.
Description	Displays the name of the issue being diagnosed.
Svr	Displays the severity of the issue.
Ex	Displays if the diagnosed issue was exacerbated.
Onset	Displays the date the issue began occurring.
Admitting Diagnosis	Displays if the issue was the reason for admission.
