The Diagnosis section contains details about any diagnosed issues that a client may be experiencing or had in the past.

Field	Description
Rank	Displays the code ranking of the diagnosis.
Code	Displays the code number of the diagnosis.
Description	Displays the name of the issue being diagnosed.
Svr	Displays the severity of the issue.
Ex	Displays if the diagnosed issue was exacerbated.
Onset	Displays the date the issue began occurring.
Admitting Diagnosis	Displays if the issue was the reason for admission.
