The application allows users to reset passwords manually by answering security questions or using a reset password link sent in an email.
Note: If you try to log in too many times without success, your account will be locked. When the in-app unlock feature is turned on, it will automatically take you to the reset password screen after your account is locked. If this feature is not turned on and you are not automatically taken to the reset password screen, you must call your agency's administrator to unlock your account. |
Follow the instructions to reset the password and unlock the account by answering security questions.
1. Enter the Username.
2. Tap Reset Password.
3. Answer the security questions selected during initial login.
4. Tap Continue.
5. Enter and re-enter a new password.
6. Tap Continue.
7. A confirmation screen displays to show that the password change was successful.
