The heart of any agency is its clients. Sandata Agency Management helps you keep track of your clients so that you can focus on their care. In the Clients module, you can view your client’s important details such as their contact information, medications, and schedules for care. To add a new client, navigate to the "Clients" tab and click "Add Client." Fill in the required information such as name, contact details, and any specific care needs.

5. Scheduling Appointments

In addition to managing your clients information, Sandata Agency Management allows you to schedule their care. Whether that is an onsite appointment or a home visit, efficient scheduling is vital. Hey Team,

I hope you're all doing well! I have a few suggestions that I believe could enhance the user experience for our Sandata Agency Management KB article:

    1. Log in to Your Account:

      • It would be helpful to include a hyperlink or a full URL for logging in, such as [Direct Link] or the actual URL. This would streamline the process for users and ensure they can easily access the website.
    2. Navigate using the Menu Bar:

      • To avoid confusion, especially for users who might mix up different menu bars (like those in Windows 10 or Chrome), it would be beneficial to include a simple image of our site's menu bar. Visual aids can significantly improve navigation and user understanding.
    3. Support and Resources:

      • Under the resources tab, it would be great to add direct links or shortcuts to the various support sites we offer. We have a wealth of knowledge spread across multiple websites, including those dedicated to videos and user guides. Simplifying navigation with direct links would make it easier for users to find the help they need without getting lost.

Thank you for considering these suggestions! I believe these enhancements will make our KB article even more user-friendly and efficient.

    Best regards,
    Nick Gran B.S. Network+
