Ohio ODM Learner Access to the Sandata Learn Learning Management Service (LMS)

In June 2024, Sandata Learn transitioned to a new platform. Below you will find the Ohio-specific, first-time log-in process for Sandata Learn.

Logging In for the First Time to the New Platform

1. Visit Sandata Learn.

2. Select Forgot Password. Do not enter your email address, password, or click on the Sign Up button.

3. When prompted on the next screen, enter the email address you currently use for Sandata Learn and click Send Password Reset Instructions.

4. If your email exists in our system, you will receive an activation email. In your email, click on Activate Account.

Note: If your email does not exist in the new LMS platform, the system will direct you to use the Profile Form to create your account. After you have done that, click Submit. View full, step-by-step instructions.

5. You will arrive at the Sandata Learn dashboard. 

6. Sign up for your available self-paced training and start learning!
